HOME

We are a volunteer, non-profit organization with charitable status located in Pincher Creek, Alberta.

We are a member of the Alberta Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (S.P.C.A.).

Our mission is to find loving homes and ensure a safe environment for lost, unwanted or abused animals.

Our main goal is to ensure that physical and emotional needs are met for all of our animals.

Our shelter for homeless cats, dogs and other small pets is a no-kill* facility.

We strive to find loving homes for all of our four legged friends!

IMPORTANT!!!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT THROW SCRAPS OF FOOD TO THE ANIMALS AT THE SHELTER.

WE APPRECIATE THAT PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO BE KIND TO THE ANIMALS BUT SCRAPS, PARTICULARLY BONES, CAN MAKE THEM VERY SICK

*Unfortunately there are rare occasions when it is necessary to euthanize an animal.  This only occurs after all avenues have been explored.  Cases when this is necessary are if an animal is sick or injured beyond veterinary help or proves to be unadoptable due to excessive aggressive behaviour, either towards people or other animals.  Euthanization is carried out upon consultation with and by a qualified veterinarian and the decision is never taken lightly.
